Hotline and Customer Support Specialist- Blockchain Startup at Vardex Suisse AG

Värdex is a dynamic, fast growing blockchain startup based in Crypto Valley Zug. As leading Blockchain Payment Service Provider we develop and operate serval Blockchain and Crypto Point-of-Sales Solutions in the Swiss market. We are operating the largest Crypto-ATM network in Switzerland by offering  secure access to the world of crypto and the increasing demand for digital assets. We also recently launched cryptonow, a voucher card solutions, with which customers can buy Bitcoin in several thousand retail stores in Switzeralnd.

Our mission is to make buying and selling digital currencies as seamless and easy as a regular visit to a bank ATM.

We are looking for a team member with an exceptional level of motivation and entrepreneurial spirit to help us grow to the next level.

What you’ll do:



• First customer contact in case of operations or support questions (in blockchain / crypto related topics)
• 1st and 2nd level support (by phone and via e-mail)
• Recording, monitoring and handling of support cases in the ticketing system
• Assisting in the implementation of new processes and products
• Monitoring and involvement in customer projects and escalations
• Create & maintain documentation of systems and services

What you’ll need:

• Have on open and positive mindstet, eager to bring the best possible support to our customers
• Experience in providing 1st and 2nd level IT support via phone and email
• Support in the creation of operating documentation
• Fluent in German & English + French needed. Italian is benefitial.
• Sales / Marketing experience is a plus
• Blockchain / Bitcoin / Crypto experience is a plus
